2. Tell me about one thing you're wearing.
I got this skirt is Zara a few months ago, and I really like the colour. I think it brings interest to what could otherwise be a very grey outfit, which might be a bit dull. Also, Zara does great faux leather: it's realistic, and you can machine wash it!
3. What influences the way you dress?
I always want to feel comfortable in what I'm wearing - that means physically of course, but also mentally. I try to make sure that what I'm wearing looks good on me, and that the pieces fit together and complement each other. These days I also check the fabrics on what I buy, so that always has a bearing in my decisions. I'd rather buy something that's wool over acrylic or polyester, even if it costs more.
4. Tell me about the most expensive item of clothing you've ever bought.
This is a tough question, because I usually leave the expensive stuff for birthday presents! I've had a few pricey coats over the years. And bags. I remember when I was in school I bought this patterned Quiksilver backpack while I was on holidays during the summer. Relative to how much money I possessed at the time, that's probably the most expensive thing I've ever bought! I still use it to this day though; almost a decade and the lining is ripped but the rest is fully intact.
5. Last question... Flats or heels?
Flats, for the most part. I basically wear flat shoes all of the time because I find heels uncomfortable. I wish I was better at wearing high shoes though... the closest I get usually is a mid-heeled boot!
