Laurence/29... pushing 30/Engineer.
2. Tell me about one thing you're wearing.
My green blazer, I bought it on Asos for a very reasonable price and I really like the texture and colour. It's a bit different but not extreme. Larry's top tip: When buying blazers online, I recommend to always buy a size too big and have it tailored to fit you, too much risk going for your actual size!
3. What influences the way you dress?
I regard my style as affluent chic (I've been told I dress a bit American and a bit preppy). I'm a sucker for chinos, a polo shirt and a good blazer and some funky socks. Other than that, I don't go in search of anything in particular, I know I like it when I see it. If I think it looks good on me I buy it.
4. When do you feel best in what you're wearing?
Funnily enough, on a day just like today! A nice sunny Saturday, strolling around Galway lapping up the atmosphere and meeting good friends for good food and even better coffee.
5. Last question... Galway or Dublin (style-wise)?
Galway. Dublin is a bit more on trend or á la mode but Galway is more subtle and individual, which I admire. Too many sheep in Dublin, Galway is full of shepherds 😉 (ps. I'm allowed say this because I'm from Dublin).
Thanks for reading this week's post. As always, get in touch if you'd like to be involved, we'd love to hear from potential interviewees (contact details here)! Thanks to Lar for this week's interview and to Gavin for the photos. Until next week!
